Each year you set new goals, probably concerning weight loss or stopping smoking. Theyre certainly worthy goals and you really mean to accomplish them but year after year the enthusiasm seems to soon fade and the focus gets fuzzy.....

Manifesting- Just Another Buzzword or
?

Being new to a lot of the contemporary self-improvement things, Im still trying to get used to this word, manifesting. It just wasnt in everyday use for the biggest part of my life. In high school and college, though we may have been trying to manifest a party or a member of the opposite sex, we sure werent using that word.

Traditional Foods to Ring in the New Year

Eating the right foods for the New Year will bring you great wealth. Dont believe it? Just ask the folks who live in the South. Their favorite is black eyed peas and rice, commonly known as Hoppin John. (Recipe follows). Southerners also believe that eating mustard greens, collard greens, kale or spinach brings you cash money.
