AAA: One and Two Diamond Eateries Impress Haunted Hamburger was recognized as one of AAA's "unique or budget-conscious ways to enjoy a delicious meal."

"Why not dine at an eatery that stands out from the sea of humdrum restaurants? AAA understands that the money remains tight in today’s economy, so the club would like to showcase AAA One and Two Diamond restaurants known for their quirkiness as well as their food." Easter Bread

1 cup milk

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup cooking oil

1 package dry yeast

1/2 cup warm water

2 slightly beaten eggs

5 cups all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 325

Scald milk and remove from heat immediately, DO NOT BURN, add sugar, salt, and oil. In a large bowl, place warm water, sprinkle in yeast and stir until dissolved. Add milk, eggs and three cups of flour and beat until smooth. Gradually add the rest of the flour or enough to make a soft dough. Place dough on a lightly floured board and knead it for 10-15 minutes or until smooth. Place in a bowl that has been lightly oiled. Brush the top of the dough lightly with oil, cover and let rise in a warm place until dough doubles in size. Punch down (to remove air 6-8 times) then divide into three equal parts. Flour your hands and roll each part out into a 2 inch diameter snake shape, pinch the three together at one end then braid and pinch together at other end. Place on greased cookie sheets. Cover and let rise again for about an hour. Bake for 45 minutes for large loaves or 25 for smaller ones. Bread should be a deep golden color!

Make a frosting by mixing powdered sugar and water!
